Chris Pine is... James T. Kirk. Huh.

He seems sort of marble-mouthed. He may need Captain Kirk lessons from The Shat. (Also, he should demand that Lindsay Lohan paint herself green whenever she's in his presence from now on. That shouldn't be a problem.)

Don't get me started on Sulu and Scotty casting.
